Any one got a good recipe or sauce or accompaniment to a Salmon fillet? - fish accompaniments
Do not eat fish, so I really do not know what is connected with it. I wonder if I could be someone with an idea of what I am with this piece of salmon I bought for my husband to help .. All suggestions greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hollondaise Salsa?
Cover the top salmon fillet with herb butter Boursin (garlic and fresh cheese). Pop under the broiler until the cheese has melted.
Lovely
Watercress sauce goes with salmon, such as the Netherlands, including spinach sauce.
I like salmon with butter, lemon juice and a pinch of dill.
