How long does Glandular Fever show on blood tests for? - glandular fever

I wonder, out of interest, not yours as long after contracting glandular fever in blood tests? So it is possible to obtain a diagnosis of glandular fever after 3 weeks?

I must say that I'm not 100% sure but I think the presence of anti-EBV for life.

If there is only three weeks, the antibodies are to be present. VCA-IgM is the first show, but usually after 4-6 weeks. The VCA-IgG I is present for life. Other antibodies lasts about 1-2 weeks to appear a blood test. If you are in mono, after three weeks it is certainly evidence of this in a blood test.
